Mrs. Virginia Pearl (Stearns) Patrick of Albany, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at the Medical Center in Albany, Kentucky on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, having attained the age of 78 years, 1 month, and 21 days. She was born in Franklin, Indiana on Wednesday, February 12, 1947, the daughter of Esber and Gloria (Hollers) Stearns. Virginia was of the Christian faith, a member of First Christian Church, she worked for Grider Hill Dock in housekeeping, and as a care-giver. In her free time, Virginia loved flowers and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Patrick, whom she wed on, Saturday, July 11, 1964, siblings, Larry Stearns, Earl Stearns, and Diann Stearns.

          She is survived by her children, Joe (& Susan) Patrick, Tim (& Sherry) Patrick, Frank (& Sebrina) Patrick, brother, Clyde Stearns, sisters, Nova Stearns, Nancy Coffey all of Albany, Kentucky, Betty Mann of Jamestown, Kentucky, and Brenda Bricker of Indiana. Grandchildren, Joseph (& Macy) Patrick, Jacob (& Sienna) Patrick, Sarah Patrick, Cindy Patrick, Josh (& Amber) Patrick, Tanisha (& Adam) Davidson, Keisha (& Lamon Tyler) Hubbs, Kelsey Patrick, and Courtney Patrick, twelve great-grandchildren and two on the way.

The funeral service was conducted on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. C.S.T. in the Memory Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home, with Bro. Greg Wells, Rev. Phillip Nevius, and Clyde Stearns officiating. Burial was in the Lands Chapel Cemetery in Clinton County, Kentucky. Casket bearers were A.J. Smith, T.J. Smith, Adrian Smith, Billy Stearns, Josh Patrick, and Dustin Meadors.
