Mrs. Tammy Lee (Madison) Wray of Albany, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022 at her residence in Albany, Kentucky, having attained the age of 55 years, 5 months, and 29 days. She was born in Danville (Vermilion County) Illinois on Wednesday, January 4, 1967, the daughter of Gerald & Barbara Jean (Lowe) Madison. She was a Christian lady, member of Five Springs United Methodist Church, and a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Raymond & Creola Madison, Shorty & Agnes Lowe.
She is survived by her spouse, John Wray, whom she wed on Saturday, March 24, 1984, children, Stephanie Savage, Johnathan Wray, Matthew Wray all of Albany, Kentucky, siblings, Sherry (& Bruce) Stearns, Marty (& Shannon) Madison, Kerry (& Frankie) Ayers, Amanda Madison, Dustin (& Kierra) Madison all of Albany, Kentucky, grandchildren, Ezra Savage, Ethan Savage, Emily Savage, Nevaeh Wray, Justice Wray, Jarrod Wray, Levi Wray, Bentley Wray, Tristan Wray and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service was conducted on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home in Albany, Kentucky, with Bro. Bruce Stearns officiating. Casket bearers were Ezra Savage, Emily Savage, Justin Wray, Levi Wray, Tristan Wray, Dustin Madison, Wesley McGaw, Ethan Savage, Nevaeh Wray, Jarred Wray, Bentley Wray, Donnie Wray, and Justin Madison. Burial was in the Five Springs Cemetery in Clinton County, Kentucky. Campbell-New Funeral Home was honored to be in charge of all the arrangements.
