Mrs. Sandra Kay (Clark) Hill of Paintsville, Kentucky formerly of Albany, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Mountain Manor of Paintsville in Paintsville, Kentucky having attained the age of 54 years, 5 months, and 29 days. She was born on Sunday, April 28, 1968, in Albany, Kentucky, the daughter of Donnie Ray and Dillie (Wilson) Clark. She was of the Pentecostal faith, a member of Lighthouse Temple Church, and was a homemaker.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Madison Braswell, and her maternal grandparents, Charlie and Emogene (Walker) Wilson.

She is survived by her mother, Dillie Wilson, children, Melissa Kay Hill, Jackie Wayne Hill, Brenda Kay Hill, Kevin Wayne Hill, Billy Wayne Hill, Jackie Eugene Braswell, brothers, Charles (& Sara) "Eddie" Brunner. Tony (& Amanda) Brunner, aunt & uncle, Rema (& Alvin) Riddle, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.

The funeral service was conducted on Monday, November 7, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home in Albany, Kentucky, with Bro. Bruce Stearns officiating. Casket bearers were Tony Brunner, Eddie Brunner, Joe Portman, Chris Norris, Billy Wayne Hill, and Jacob Millers. Burial was in the Clark Family Cemetery in Pickett County, Tennessee. Campbell-New Funeral Home in Albany was honored to be in charge of the arrangements.
