Ruby Helen (Marcum) Stockton

Mrs. Ruby Helen (Marcum) Stockton, of Albany, Kentucky, passed away Friday, March 17, 2023, having attained the age of 87 years, 1 months, and 15 days. She was born on Sunday, February 7, 1936 in Clinton County, Kentucky the daughter of Orla Marcum. She was of the Baptist faith, member of the Duvall Baptist Church, and a loving mother and homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Stockton, siblings, Howard Marcum, Flowers Marcum, Joe Marcum, Archie Nell (York) "Betsy" Haskett, and Jeanette Hannon.

     She is survived by her children, Dale (& Sherri) Stockton of Lewisville, Indiana, Debbie (& Tim) Neel, Amber Stockton both of Albany, Kentucky, grandchildren, Travis Stockton, Devin Stockton, Morgan Baker, Bailey McFall, Hunter Garrett, Lucein Stevens, Jon Neel, Jerry Neel, several great-grandchildren, along with other family members and many friends.

     The Funeral Service was conducted on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home of Albany, Kentucky, with Bro. Clay Chaplin officiating. Casket bearers were Travis Stockton, Devin Stockton, Jerry Neel, Lucien Stevens, Ricky Baker, and C.J. Miller. Burial was in the Peolia Cemetery in Clinton County, Kentucky.  

     Campbell-New Funeral Home in Albany, Kentucky was honored to be in charge of arrangements.
