Ms. Patsy (Delk) Talbott of Albany, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2020 at Pickett County Care and Rehabilitation Center in Byrdstown, Tennessee, having attained the age of 55 years, 7 months and 25 days. She was born in Clinton County, Kentucky on Monday, August 24, 1964, the daughter of the late Bud and Pauline (Duvall) Delk. She was of the Pentecostal faith, and a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Brian Delk. She is survived by her children, Brittany Talbott of Albany, Kentucky, Courtney Talbott of Bentonville, Arkansas, her siblings, Mary Lou Delk, of Albany, Kentucky, Sue (and Bill) Pierce, of Albany, Kentucky, Shirley Hickman of Albany, Kentucky, Cathy (and Steve) Barrie, of Sacramento, California, Fonzie Dicken, of Albany, Kentucky, Shelia (and Don) Abbott, of Byrdstown, Tennessee, Deborah (and Frankie) Smith, of Albany, Kentucky, Rebecca (and John Harrod) Starns of Louisville, Kentucky, Marvin Delk, of Louisville, Kentucky, Eugene Delk, of Shelbyville, Kentucky, Kenneth (and Lisa) Delk of Albany, Kentucky, Tony (and Virginia) Delk, of Albany, Kentucky, Johnny Delk, of Albany, Kentucky, Earnest Guffey of Albany, Kentucky and several nieces and nephews. As ordered by the Governor of Kentucky, and in accordance with the CDC guidelines, all services are private, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Bro. Jeff Brown officiated. Casket bearers were Justin Delk, Zachary Delk, Mike Delk, James Stewart, Brad Little, Jason Little, Nick Delk, Adam Stewart. Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Clinton County, Kentucky.
