Miss Noreen Sell of Albany, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at her residence in Albany, Kentucky, having attained the age of 87 years, and 15 days. She was born on Friday, June 11, 1937, in the Palestine community of Clinton County, Kentucky, the daughter of Roy & Eula (Davidson) Sell. Noreen was of the Christian faith, and worked as a school teacher for the Clinton County Board of Education for many years. In addition to her parents, She was preceded in death by her sisters, Beatrice Sell, and Mareeda (Sell) Gibson, brother, Dwight Sell, and infant brother-Aaron Everett Sell.
She is survived by her siblings, Lucy S. (& Walter Fleatwood) Kemplen of Lynn, Indiana, Joel Sell of Albany, Kentucky, Loretta Sell, Dimple (& Pete) Fournaris both of Louisville, Kentucky, sister-in-law Genevieve Sell, nephews, Darryl (& Pat) Sell, Kevin (& Rhea) Kemplen, nieces, Cassie Mott, Darlene (& Brian) Kaskie, Jennifer (& Tony) Robinson, Nicole (& Jamie) Pike, several cousins, great nieces, nephews, and many friends.
The funeral service was conducted on, Sunday, June 30, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. C.S.T. in the Memory Chapel of the Campbell-New Funeral Home in Albany, Kentucky with Bro. Bobby Grant officiating. Casket bearers were Brad Parrigan, Michael Parrigan, Brandon Pharis, Jeff Pharis, Sid Scott, and Michael Fred Staton. Burial was in the Rose of Sharon Cemetery in Cumberland County, Kentucky.
