Mrs. Nikki Lynette (Hicks) Melton of Albany, Kentucky passed away Friday, October 20, 2023 in Bowling Green, Kentucky, having attained the age of 38 years, 8 months & 10 days. She was born in Livingston, Tennessee on Tuesday, February 12, 1985, the daughter of Charles Hicks & Darlene (Britt) Tompkins. She was a Christian and a loving stay at home mother. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Melton, son, Chris Melton, and brother, Jason Hicks, all of Albany, Kentucky . 

The Funeral service was conducted on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. C.S.T., in the chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Simmons and Bro. Ronnie Brumley officiating. Burial was in  Peolia Cemetery in Albany,  Kentucky.  In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made to Campbell-New Funeral Home to help defray final expenses. Campbell-New Funeral Home in Albany, Kentucky was honored to be in charge of the arrangements.
