Mr. Benjamin Michael “Mike” Roberts, Jr. passed away on Friday, June 13, 2025, in Wayne County, Kentucky, having attained the age of 53 years, 4 months, and 18 days. He was born on Wednesday, January 26, 1972, in Somerset, Kentucky, the son of Benjamin Michael, Sr. & Tommie Ann (Flynn) Roberts. Mike was a man of Christian faith who loved to drive and enjoyed going out to eat. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting guns, and playing pool. Above all, he cherished the time he spent with his boys and the love of his life, Joni. He was preceded in death by his father & mother-in-law, Larry “Hoggie” & Lois Jones, paternal grandparents, Lewis & June Roberts, maternal grandparents, Lester & Ann Flynn, and grandmothers-in-law, Florene Polston, and Reba Jones.

He is survived by his parents, Benjamin Michael, Sr. & Tommie Ann (Flynn) Roberts, of Albany, Kentucky, wife, Joni (Jones) Roberts, whom he wed on Friday, January 28, 2000, sons, Ben Roberts and Chance Roberts, both of Albany, Kentucky, brothers, Thomas (& Kristy) Roberts, and Phillip Roberts, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The funeral service was conducted on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. C.S.T. in the Memory Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home with Bro. Jarred Witham, and Bro. Bruce Stearns officiating. Burial was in the Craig Cemetery in Clinton County, Kentucky.  Casket Bearer were, Ben Roberts, Chance Roberts, Thomas Roberts, Phillip Roberts, BJ Grider, Anthony Phillips, Isaac Phillips, Trevor Tuggle, Allen Spears, Dawson Abbott, Jamie Hancock and Gary Crauch.
