Mrs. Karen Rae (Spalding) Bolen, of Albany, Kentucky, passed away, Friday, May 17, 2024, at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, having attained the age of 63 years, 6 months, and 13 days. She was born in Corydon, Indiana, on Friday, November 4, 1960, the daughter of Robert and Barbara (Fessel) Spalding. She was of the Christian faith, owned and operated Karen's Kitchen. In addition to her parents, She was preceded in death by her, grandson, Wilder Clunie.
She is survived by her husband, Anthony Bolen, whom she wed on Friday December 30, 2005, children, Amanda (& Kevin) Clunie, Joseph (& Fleica) Clunie, Philip (& Kristy) Clunie all of Albany, Kentucky, step-children, Anthony (& Brandy) Bolen of Yakima Washington, , Francis (& John) Baker of Nicholasville, Kentucky, siblings, Linda Pavey of New Salisbury, Indiana, Donny (& Melinda) Spalding of Ramsey, Indiana, Sarah (& Chris) O'Conner of Bloomington, Indiana, Jeffery Spalding of Georgetown, Indiana, Patricia (& Eric) Sieg of New Salisbury, Indiana, grandchildren, Dreama Braswell, Eden Clunie, Emma Clunie, Archer Clunie, Raylee Clunie, Kreed Clunie, Alli Bolen, Raven Bolen, John Baker, Billie Baker, great-grandchildren, Roman Edwards, Lea Baker, Zayna Baker, Lucy Baker, Kinsey Vanderbilt and many family, and friends.
