Mr. Justin Lee Starns, of Albany Kentucky, passed away, Thursday, November 30, 2023 in Albany, Kentucky, having attained the age of 34 years, 7 months, and 5 days. He was born in Glasgow, Kentucky on Tuesday, April 25, 1989, the son of Rodney & Carol (Butler) Starns. Justin worked as a load driver for Cowboy Charcoal, and loved hunting & fishing. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Howard and Wanda Bulter, paternal grandfather, Floyd Starns, and several aunts and uncles.
Mr. Starns is survived by his father & mother, Rodney & Carol Starns, fiancée, April Riddle, step-son, Dawson Waid, grandmother, Ora Lee Starns, siblings, Ashley (& Chris) Branham, Tisha (& Jacob) Stearns, all of Albany, Kentucky, nieces & nephews, Brooke Branham, Remington Starns, Troy Stearns, Zaylee Branham, Nevina & Pheonix Shelton, a host of aunts & uncles, and other family and friends.
The funeral service was conducted on Wednesday December 6, 2023, at 11:00 am. CST, in the chapel of the Campbell-New Funeral Home with Bro. Joe Summers and Bro. Bruce Stearns officiating. Burial was in the Story Cemetery in Clinton County, Kentucky. Casket bearers were, Bryson Starns, Dallas Starns, Wesley Brown, Dawson Waid, Brad Parrigan, Brad Fulton, Chris Branham, and Micheal Parrigan. Horary Casket Bearers were Jason Rains, Jim Elmore, Jackie Elmore, Anthony Myers, Andrew Myers, Tyler Rains, Stevie Owens, Justin Burchett.
