Mr. Jaxon William Andrew Brown passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025, in Adair County, Kentucky, having attained the age of 21 years, 3 months, and 5 days. He was born on Tuesday, February 10, 2004, in Glasgow, Kentucky, the son of Robert “Bobby” (& Chastity) Brown & Sherry Shelton. Jaxon was of the Christian faith and loved to hunt & fish above all else. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Lynn Massengale, maternal grandfather, Ralph Shelton, and paternal grandfather, Clarence Brown.
He is survived by his father, Robert “Bobby” (& Chastity) Brown, mother, Sherry Shelton, grandparents, Nadine Shelton, Millard (& Sharon) Keltner, both of Albany, Kentucky, and Carolyn Needler, maternal uncle, Matthew (& Ashley) Shelton, paternal uncles, Jeff Brown and Chopper (& Julie) Brown, siblings, Robert “Bobby” Brown Jr. (& Savannah Collins), Tristan (& Shelby) Murphy, Kaitlyn (& Brent) King, Laramie Murphy (& Ethan Long), Jared Brown, Annsley Wray, and Blaine Beaty, nieces & nephews, Genesis Finley Brown, Elias Colt Murphy, Brixton Everett King, Lilah Belle Murphy, and many other family and friends.
The funeral service was conducted on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. C.S.T. in the Memory Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home with Chopper Brown, Bobby Brown, and Stephen Perkins officiating. Burial was in the Highway Cemetery in Clinton County, Kentucky. Casket Bearers were Jared Brown, Bobby Brown Jr., Bret King, Tristan Murphy, Allen Pierce, Matthew Shelton, River Albertson, and Rian Thurman. Honorary Casket Bearers were Dusitn Jones, and Logan Perkins. In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated to the Jaxon Brown Foundation.
