Mr. James Gregory "Greg" Wray of Albany, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2019, at The Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky, having attained the age of 57 years, 4 months, and 20 days. He was born in Albany, Kentucky on Tuesday, January 9, 1962, the son of James Earl and Maina Gay (Graham) Wray. He was of Baptist faith, a member of Clear Fork Baptist Church, an Oilfield Worker for Wilson's Drilling and Refinery, and a Lawn Care Service provider. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jeffery "Dodie" Wray. He is survived by his daughter, Brianna (Noah) Carroll of Monticello, Kentucky, brother, Perry Wray of Albany, Kentucky, grandson, Oliver Carroll, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. The funeral service was conducted Sunday, June 2, 2019, in the Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home with Bro. Scott Cooksey officiating. Burial was in the Peolia Cemetery in Clinton County, Kentucky. Casket Bearers were Perry Wray, Allen Graham, Bryson Davis, Noah Carroll, David Dick, and Bill McKinley. In lieu of flowers contributions to help pay final expenses would be appreciated and may left at the funeral home. Campbell-New Funeral Home of Albany, Kentucky was honored to be in charge of arrangements.
