Mrs. Anna Gay (Hudson) Craft of Albany, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024, at the Clinton County Care & Rehabilitation center in Albany, Kentucky, having attained the age of 74 years, 9 months, and 4 days. She was born in Albany, Kentucky on Saturday, September 3, 1949, the daughter of Melvin J and Catherine (Nelson) Hudson. She was of the Baptist faith and a seamstress for Sutton. She enjoyed puzzles, cooking, and spoiling her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Larry Craft , brother, James Hudson, and sister, Faye Groce. She is survived by her daughter, Melissa C. Albertson, sisters, Shirley Mynear both of Albany, Kentucky, Mary Newman of New Castle, Indiana, Maxine (& Johnny) Willis, brother Jerry (& Katrina) Hudson all of Albany, Kentucky, grandson, Ethan Albertson, several nieces, nephews, and many special friends.
The funeral service was conducted on Friday, June 14, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. C.S.T. in the Memory Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home in Albany, Kentucky with Bro. Dustin Jones, Bro. Joe Bryant, and Bro. David Harris officiating, special singers, Sadie Craig & Carson Willis. Casket bearers were Ethan Albertson, Jeremy England, Joyce Bell, Cody Willis, Tyler Willis, and Jason Davis. Burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Albany, Kentucky. Campbell-New Funeral Home in Albany was honored to be in charge of the arrangements.
