Mr. Buddy Allen Owens of Albany, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at his residence in Albany, Kentucky having attained the age of 52 years 2 months, and 15 days. He was born on Monday, April 8, 1974, in Albany, Kentucky, the son of Buddy & June (Gibbons) Owens. He was of the Baptist faith, and was employed by American Woodmark. He was known for being mischievous, for telling a good story, spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, and riding horses. He is preceded in death by to his paternal grandparents, Stanley & Pearl Owens, and maternal grandparents, Clay & Sally Gibbons.

He is survived by his father, Buddy (& Paula) Owens; mother, June (& Wendell) Stockton; children, Karrena Owens, Nicholas Owens, and Haylee Owens-Bennett; siblings, Bobby (& Tabitha) Owens, Donyell Morgan; Adam (& Jennie) Stockton, Elijah Stockton, and Jessica Dalton; grandchildren, Cadha Hardin, Carter Hardin, Calan Hardin, Braxton Owens, Alania Owens, and Malakia Owens; along with several other relatives and friends.

The funeral service was conducted on Friday, June 26, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. in the Memory Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home in Albany, Kentucky with Bro. Bruce Stearns officiating. Burial was in the Memorial Hill Cemetery in Albany, Kentucky. Casket Bearers were Adam Stockton, Elijah Stockton, Quentin Morgan, Chris Owens, Bobby Owens, Lannie Marcum, Kenny Marcum, Walter Radford, Logan Radford.
