Mr. Brian Shane Burchett, of Albany Kentucky, passed away, Monday, May 6, 2024, at Wayne County Hospital in Monticello, Kentucky, having attained the age of 47 years, 7 months, and 3 days. He was born in Albany, Kentucky, on Sunday, October 3, 1976, the son of Willie Ray "Bill" and Clara (Pyrtle) Burchett. He worked as maintenance staff for special events at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Mr. Burchett is survived by two sisters, Ruby (& Dale) Wright of Burkesville, Kentucky, and Martina (& Matthew) Perkins of Eubank, Kentucky.

A grave side service was conducted on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at the Burchett Cemetery in Clinton County, Kentucky, with Bro. Gary Cash officiating. Casket Bearers were Jeremy Wright, Dylan Perkins, Christopher Perkins, Jayden Wright, Matthew Perkins, and Crystal Wright. Campbell-New Funeral Home in Albany, Kentucky was honored to be in charge of the arrangements.
