Bennie Wayne Bowman

Mr. Benny Wayne Bowman of Albany, Kentucky passed away Thursday, August 24, 2023 in Hamilton County, Ohio, having attained the age of 49 years, 2 months & 24 days. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on Friday, May 31, 1974, the son of Edward Eugene Bowman and Sharyn K. (Hicks) Derossett. He worked as a mason for Massengale Masonry of Byrdstown, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his father.

Mr. Benny Wayne Bowman is survived by his mother, Sharyn K. (& Jerry) Derossett, children, Eddie Wayne Bowman all of Albany, Kentucky, Stephanie Michelle Mitchell of London, Kentucky, siblings, Jimmy Poynter, Sherry Bowman, Nora Bowman all of Cincinnati, Ohio, special cousins, Darrell Hudson of Ohio, Christopher Griffith, grandchildren, Colton Robert Wayne Bowman, Brynlee Skye Mitchell, Leeland Koda Thomas, other family, and friends.  

The funeral service was conducted on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. C.S.T. in the Chapel of Campbell-New Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Jones officiating. Burial was in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Clinton County, Kentucky. Casket bearers were Derrell Hudson, Jimmy Lee Poynter, Christopher, Jake Johnson, Eddie Bowman, and Darinel Escobar. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donation be made to Campbell-New Funeral Home to help defray final expenses. Campbell-New Funeral Home in Albany, Kentucky was honored to be in charge of the arrangements.
